PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

UNITECO ceramic fiber module is made of pre-folded or pre-cut ceramic fiber blanket through professional equipment and advanced technology. With advantages of precise dimensions, smooth surface, reliable quality and quickly installation UNITECO ceramic fiber module are especially designed for a variety of thermal processing equipment lining applications and show excellent thermal insulation performance.


UNITECO ceramic fiber module anchor system take reinforced M-type anchors which show greater strength and are closed to the cold side (45mm). The anchors withstand lower temperatures at high temperatures to ensure the high temperature strength. The fixing rod is made of high-quality heat-resistant steel and the same stamping welding. The two circular fixing rods are embedded in the module system which increases the bearing area and ensures the anchor system is firmed.
